To sell stickers on the app store, these have to be original and made by the user. Create an Apple Developers Account, which costs $100 annually. Download Xcode from the Mac App Store, and install. Upload the stickers to Xcode. Xcode will create a sticker pack. After testing the stickers, login to the Apple Developer Account and register an App ID. This will be used to identify the sticker pack when exporting and uploading to iTunes Connect. Use iTunes Connect to submit the stickers to the App Store.
